Liability Acknowledgement 

By requesting or booking services with Triple D Pilot Service LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Driver & Carrier Responsibility

The permitted vehicle operator is fully responsible for safe operation, compliance, permits, and route adherence.

2. Escort Role

Triple D Pilot Service LLC provides escort and support services designed to assist with safe movement of oversize loads. Escorts do not assume control of the permitted vehicle.

3. No Assumption of Liability

Triple D Pilot Service LLC is not liable for damages, delays, mechanical failures, permit issues, or accidents caused by weather, road conditions, load issues, or third parties.

4. Permits & Compliance

The carrier/driver is responsible for obtaining and following all permits, travel restrictions, and route instructions.

​

5. Route & Height Verification

Unless contracted for a route survey or height pole escort, the driver must verify all bridge heights, overheads, and obstructions.

​

6. Safety Conditions

Escort operations may pause or stop due to hazardous conditions.

​

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due at time of service unless written arrangements are made.
